The 23rd activity of the “Association of Teachers Lecturing in English” in 2012 will be held on Thursday, June14,2012, at 3:00pm in No.316, Seminar Room, The second social science building, International School.
 
 
The schedule is as follow:
1. Keynote speech One by Dr. Carmen M. Chan
(U. S. Department of Health and Human Services, FDA)
Topic:“FDA Regulation and Inspection for Food Products”
2. Discussion & Tea break. 
3. Summarize by Prof. Wu Xiyang
 
Speaker’s Biography
 
Dr. Carmen M. Chan is currently working as the Management and Program Analyst at the Office of Enforcement, FDA, USA. She obtained her Ph.D. in Fisheries Science from Louisiana State University, M.S. in Food Science and Master degree in Management of Information System from Auburn University, and B.S. in Psychology, from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
